Headquartered in Holly Hill, Florida, Mediatech is a privately held enterprise principally engaged in the research, design, development and manufacture of advanced presentation and control systems products and services.

Control Systems

Mediatech's family of control products, are a combination of low cost hardware and software that are designed for the end user and are non-proprietary in nature. We continually research new technologies and look for ways to incorporate them into our systems.

Hand-Crafted All Wood Products

Mediatech builds each and every lectern to order. We perform in-plant integration of electronic components and with our own woodshop on site at our Holly Hill, Florida office, custom applications, modifications to standard design, or building of prototype units is no problem. Our experienced and highly capable staff of woodworking craftsmen build the finest all wood lectern products around. In addition, our woodshop designs and manufactures durable and functional student desks to withstand the rigors of classroom use. Custom design and build are always welcome.

Tools for Electronic Learning

Mediatech designs smart lecterns, electronic classrooms and other electronic presentation environments, including in-house control systems for capturing, recording and editing live and pre-recorded audio and video.

Content Delivery and Control

We build SmartLecterns and mobile multimedia platforms that can act as in-room command stations for courseware and multimedia presentation delivery. Equipped with Mediatech's RoomCommander option, these systems provide complete control of all in room devices and functions such as light dimming, audio levels and motorized screen control. Platforms feature add-on options for distance learning, document cameras, slide digitizers, laser disc and DVD players and computer-controlled VCRs.

Research

Mediatech's staff includes professionals with experience in simulation systems, training systems and large scale project management, university-level teaching, and electronics technology to name a few. We pride ourselves in continuously searching out new technology and procedures for application on our client's projects. Our staff has published research findings in journals and periodicals as well as major training and simulation systems conference proceedings.
