These carefully crafted natural wood finish lecterns combine
traditional furniture design with state-of-the-art electronic
presentation tools. Designed to roll through a standard 36" door,
MT-100 series lecterns are wide enough to accommodate two standard
17" computer monitors. The standard MT-101 Smart Lectern features
one or more drop down side shelves for integrated add-ons such
as a document camera and/or a 35mm slide digitizer, Laptop docking,
a retractable/lockable keyboard drawer, a protective, tinted reinforced
glass view screen, lockable sliding doors, flexible internal shelving
that will accommodate a built-in multimedia PC, and integrated
playback devices such as a VCR and/or laser disc or DVD player,
internal cooling and surge protection, self powered speakers with
three stereo connections, custom interior cable harness, and a
custom umbilical that connects to in-room devices and other external
systems. Available standard as Natural Oak or in a variety of
other natural wood finishes.

MT-102 SmartStations are fully equipped and integrated systems incorporating Mediatech supplied devices and are built to customer specification. A typical SmartStation might consist of a SmartLectern housing a multimedia PC configured for distance learning and student monitoring/response, a bolt-on room management system (MT-50 Touch Panel RoomCommander), Visual Presenter, and a computer controlled VCR.
